In a time in my life I needed physical and emotional support, I can’t talk more highly of the gorgeous Paula at Yummy Mummy Physio- she wasn’t just my Physio, she was my friend! I no longer ‘need’ to see her, but still go to her as she has been a big part of my life I’m not ready to give up!
She was the support my body and mind needed in pregnancy, and the encouragement I needed after my babies were born, to get back into shape! I couldn’t recommend her highly enough to support you throughout your pregnancy and post natal period!!!

I met Paula, the most gorgeous Yummy Mummy of all, when I was pregnant with my first child in 2006. I’d always enjoyed going to the gym but found it didn’t really cater for me during my pregnancy and was looking for a way to stay fit and healthy but ensure I was exercising safely. Because Paula was a Physio I trusted her advice and really enjoyed her pregnancy fitball and pilates classes – and the occasional massage for aches and pains! I am so grateful for her help as I ended up having an emergency caesarean, but was up and moving around comfortably within less than 12 hours – the midwives said this was only possible because of the pre-natal exercise I’d done. Since then I’ve been a fan and regular client of Paula’s – both pre and post-natally with both of my babies and for some kick arse PT sessions to whip me into shape since then! And I’m proud to say that Paula and many of her other clients remain some of my best friends – my baby hood years would not have been the same without Yummy Mummy, thank you Paula, you are one amazing lady XX

I started seeing Paula after baby no 2 was born – 9.5 years ago. I have seen Paula over the years for pre natal care and post natal care. At yummy mummy I have done Physio, PT, boot camp, boxing, Pilates. Paula is so encouraging and so much fun. We always have a laugh….yet she also always pushes me to go as hard as I can. I have great core strength after my three babies and I know it is all because of seeing Paula. Paula is an amazing lady with a fabulous business that I highly recommend to all my pre and post natal friends.

Paula at Yummy Mummy has been fantastic at helping me keep my body sorted through my pregnancies with both my children – both ante and post-natal. She has been able to provide me with the knowledge and exercises to work through any problems I had, all whilst keeping everything else in fantastic condition. Not to mention – she’s easy to approach and an inspiration in herself as well.

Paula from Yummy Mummy Physio has been an absolute godsend for me! I loved antenatal exercise classes with Paula – I felt stronger, fitter & more energised (even at 40 weeks!) than at any other time in my adult life. Her Postnatal classes helped me to regain my sense of self & my lost pelvic floor! I highly recommend Paula from Yummy Mummy Physio to help bring out the best in your Mummy self.

I have 11 month old twins that did an absolute number on me while I was pregnant with them. Paula is a legend. She has helped to sort out my aches and pains as she is a fantastic physio and is getting me back into shape and fighting fit to boot. I would definitely recommend this Yummy Mummy to anyone who listens.

I’ve been seeing Paula since I had my baby girl, she has helped me tremendously with a few sports injuries and sore body parts from carrying bub. Not only that, but the pilates and strength/boxing classes have helped me get my strength and core strength back! I love the classes, they are always fun and Paula is great with encouragement and correcting my form! I love that I can bring my daughter to class with me too!
