Welcome to our 8 week challenge for Mums. Motherhood is an incredible rite of passage. One minute we’re basking in oxytocin bliss, the next we’re staring out the window in the middle of the night willing the sun to come up. We were never meant to do this alone.
Our 8 week challenge is all about support. Sure, we all want to reclaim our post baby #mumbod but really what we all want is to feel good; strong, energised, and supported by a community of like minded people.
This holistic program offers strength and conditioning, yoga, pilates, nutrition, mindfulness, meditation, journaling and so much more. Our programming is based on the latest research in women’s health and complies with the RANZCOG, ACOG, and World Health Organisation guidelines for training postnatal women.

For me, it has become increasingly obvious in my life that exercise is more about my mental health than my physical health. I’ve learnt this a couple of times but certainly through the early days of having a new baby, to be able to get out of the house, exercise and connect with a group of strong and inspiring women, helps me not only feel normal but actually feel like I’m coping with the challenges that all new mums face.
I was lucky enough to take part in the P360/Yummy Mummy Physio 8 week challenge earlier this year when my second daughter, Edwina was just 8 weeks old. It was never about ‘bouncing back’ or getting back to my ‘pre-baby body’ but it was about having a nice routine, meeting other women who are facing similar demands on their bodies ie sleep deprivation and healing my body from 9 months of pregnancy.
Paula is fabulous! Kind, understanding, inspiring and extraordinarily knowledgeable. She also has an incredible ability to hold about a dozen babies at the same time (give or take!!).
The exercise programming is second to none and by the end of the 8 weeks, I felt strong physically but better still, I felt strong mentally and have met some wonderful women who I look forward to seeing into the future. What a brilliant community they have created and I really encourage everyone to get involved.
