We are only ever as strong as our weakest domain.
For over 20 years I’ve held space for women to vulnerably share their stories; from feeling broken, tired, overwhelmed, stressed, low in energy, lacking libido, and disconnected from themselves, through to some of life’s biggest tragedies; miscarriage, still birth, postnatal depression and anxiety, divorce, body dissatisfaction, trauma, death and illness.
We don’t have to move through life alone. My Dharma, or calling in life, is to be a guiding light for women for what is possible.

I work as both a Women’s Health Physiotherapist and Integrative Health Coach, offering one on one mentorship to support and guide you along your journey to discover your truest, most vivacious Self through all stages of life.
