CLASS DESCRIPTION

  • YUMMY MUMMY PHYSIO Pregnancy Pilates
    Regular Pilates during your pregnancy will assist in strengthening and toning your body as it adapts to accommodate the growing baby inside. Specific core stability exercises focus on the deep abdominal and pelvic floor muscles, which are essential for optimal labour preparation, and for pre and post natal health. Pregnancy Pilates will relieve your aches and pains with effective stretches, and leave you feeling rejuvenated after our beautiful relaxation sequence.
     

  • YUMMY MUMMY PHYSIO Pregnancy Fit ball
    Pregnancy Fitball includes a low impact aerobic routine and a series of strengthening exercises using the fitball, Pilates bands and light weights. Pregnancy Fitball is great for maintaining your fitness and weight throughout your pregnancy. Maintaining your cardiovascular fitness and muscle strength will aid you greatly throughout labour, & in postnatal recovery. This class concludes with Pilates, stretching and a beautiful relaxation routine, leaving you feeling energized

  • YUMMY MUMMY PHYSIO Mum & Bub Pilates
    Bring your baby along to this Pilates class! Exercises are designed to strengthen the abdominal and pelvic floor muscles, butt and thighs. Feel the benefits of stretching your body and strengthening your core stability muscles. This class is fantastic for toning & flattening your tummy and stretching out your aching back!!
     

  • YUMMY MUMMY PHYSIO Boot Camp Circuit
    Boot Camp Circuit includes a combination of weights, cardio, boxing and abdominal exercises designed to help you lose weight and tone up after the birth of your baby. This class is fantastic for fat burning and toning up your muscles. Suitable for all fitness levels, safe for breastfeeding mums.
     

  • YUMMY MUMMY PHYSIO Vintage Pilates
    This gentle Pilates class caters for the Yummy Grand-mummies! It includes a series of stretching & strengthening exercises designed to keep your body feeling supple, strong and pain free. (Yummy Mummies tell your mum about the benefits of vintage Pilates!)
