MUMMY PHYSIO Mum
& Bub Pilates & Education Program
This 6
week program is ideal to commence 6 -12 weeks post delivery of your
baby. The aim of this program is to rebuild and reshape your
postnatal body.
Many
changes will occur to your body throughout pregnancy, labour and
delivery.

Stretching
of the pelvic floor and internal fascial support system for the
bladder and uterus

or episiotomy of the pelvic floor

Each
class starts with a 15 minute educational session followed by a 45
minute Pilates class. Bring a water bottle (& towel during the
hotter summer months), and a play mat / bouncer / baby capsule / pram
for your baby.
