The Yummy Mummy Physio team leads the
way as experts in pregnancy and postnatal exercise. The Yummy Mummy
Physio exercise programs are designed by physiotherapist and exercise
physiologist Paula Hindle.
Paula has combined knowledge from her
Masters of Physiotherapy with her Exercise Physiology degree to
develop highly specialised, safe and professional exercise programs
for all stages of pregnancy and postpartum.
Pregnancy
Exercise Classes
Allow Paula’s team of physios to
advise and guide you through pregnancy with effective stretching and
strengthening Pilates exercises and low impact aerobic exercise.
Classes can commence from 12 weeks of pregnancy. See our TIMETABLE

unable to attend classes, individual pregnancy exercise sessions with
our physios can be arranged.

Postnatal
Exercise Classes
Bring your new born baby back at 6
weeks of age and we will progress you through our postnatal exercise
programs, aimed at rebuilding your body, weight loss, strengthening
