YUMMY MUMMY PHYSIO Boot Camp Program

During this 6 week program you will progress onto more challenging exercises to improve your strength, fitness and stability. This is a great program if you are looking to increase your exercise intensity and shed those last few kilos from pregnancy. It will leave you looking and feeling like a YUMMY MUMMY. This program caters to all levels of fitness (or unfitness!) and is suitable for breastfeeding mums.

What does boot camp involve?

  • One 30 minute individual session with the physio per week

  • Unlimited

    • Pilates Classes

    • Boot Camp Circuit Classes

    • Postnatal Education Sessions
