MUMMY PHYSIO Boot
Camp Program
During
this 6 week program you will progress onto more challenging exercises
to improve your strength, fitness and stability. This is a great
program if you are looking to increase your exercise intensity and
shed those last few kilos from pregnancy. It will leave you looking
and feeling like a YUMMY MUMMY. This program caters to all levels of
fitness (or unfitness!) and is suitable for breastfeeding mums.
